STUDENT CONSULTATIONS All students enrolling in a course should have a personal phone, or e-mail for overseas students,consultation. The newsletter includes interesting articles, information on new courses, study tips, what students are doing, special discounts and offers etc.
SHIPPING There is a $9.00 S&H charge for US $12.00 - Canada. All lessons are sent by UPS or if only a PO Box is available, by USPO.in USA. Foreign students must contact us for exact S&H charges based on weight and postal zone/country. (Please refer to each enrollment form for S&H prices) Foreign students must pay in US currency	OPEN LETTERS All enrolled students are encouraged to write us with your thoughts about how you are doing, suggestions, and ideas for other video self/study courses you would like to see us add to our 'Educational Tree’ of learning.
SHIPPING DAMAGE Any videos, CDs or books damaged from shipping will be replaced.	RETURN POLICY Our return policy is available for one chapter only within the first 30 days of the purchase date.

SATISFACTORY PROGRESS Students will receive a Satisfactory Progress Report with each lesson of their course. When these reports are filled out and returned for each lesson in a course, you will receive your ‘Certificate of Completion’, signed by Dirk Price	COURSE ADJUSTMENT Your placement in the correct level of instruction is critical. Therefore if both you the student, and either Dirk Price or Dana Rasch agree the level is wrong, you will be transferred to a more beginning or advanced lesson level, or to a different course. Any advance monies paid for the first level will be applied to the new course or lesson level. This is why the consultation is so necessary.
	OVERSEAS STUDENTS Students in Europe, Africa, South America & Asia are required to purchase a complete course, or a complete course in two segments. Payment is required in US currency. Videos are only available in NTSC format - Not PAL.
